used citroen cars

A glance in the rear-view mirror

The auto business is constantly replacing perfectly functional cars and trucks with new models that are often only slightly better than those they replaced. I observe this with no cynicism because the public remains intoxicated by that new car smell, and there's normally a lively market for the trade-ins.

A couple of more interesting stories popped up in late 2006 and early this year: Chevrolet replaced the second biggest-selling vehicle in America, the Silverado pickup, and once-timid Toyota unleashed a Tundra pickup with a presence that matches that first "Peterbilt" Dodge Ram in 1994.
